Giving your time to us as a volunteer is an enormous help – quite simply volunteers make our organisation work! Below, we’ve listed some current opportunities in our teams.

Fundraising and Communications

You could…

  • join a local fundraising group
  • organise your own fundraising event
  • help out at our events
  • help with office admin or writing funding applications
  • talk to our supporters over the phone

Plus much more! Just give us a call for a chat and we can take it from there.

Bereavement Services

Our telephone support and information service is reinforced by a team of regular volunteers who answer calls from families and professionals. We also have a team of volunteers working in our family support programme. As you will understand all staff and volunteers working with children requires significant training and CRB checks for which we will provide for free.

Young People’s Advisory Group (YPAG) Sessions
