Charitable Trusts and Foundations
Bereavement can have devastating effects. Without high quality bereavement support the impact can be long term including reduced family interaction, risk of isolation, poor mental health, reduced educational performance and reduced life chances.
Child Bereavement UK provides free of charge, open ended bereavement support to children, young people, families and professionals in a variety of ways including individual support, group support, training and a wealth of supporting information.
We would not be able to provide these services without support from trusts and foundations and we are most grateful for the generous support of all the trusts and foundations who have supported our work.
Opportunities to further our common aims
We welcome enquiries from charitable trusts and foundations who are interested in supporting our work.
We invite unrestricted funding to support our core activities as well as restricted grants for specific projects, such as priority areas of development, such as:
- Individual, family and group support to bereaved children, young people and parents in Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes, East London, West London, Cheshire, Cumbria and Glasgow
- Our national helpline for families affected by bereavement and for professionals concerned for a bereaved child
- Award winning advice, information, training and conferences for professionals across the UK
If you would like to discuss opportunities to support our work or visit the charity to see first-hand the difference a grant will make, please contact Lee Lloyd, Head of Trusts and Grants on 01494 568916 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org
