Child Bereavement UK is seeking a highly-motivated and proactive individual to help us bring in more business and source funding to our training operation, enabling the charity to increase its reach and influence as the leader in child bereavement training in the UK.

Supporting the Director of Training Development in the delivery of the charity’s Training Strategy and Marketing Plan, you’ll be helping to identify new markets for our bespoke and tailor-made training and consultancy across all sectors. You’ll also be working to improve engagement with local authorities, initiating partnerships with voluntary and statutory organisations, securing sponsorship and building new sources of support for our training activities.

You’ll be part of a team that leads in the development and delivery of high-quality child bereavement training; the charity educates around 10,000 professionals each year via its comprehensive, evidence-based training programme, helping them to better understand and meet the needs of grieving families. In addition, the charity offers consultancy, supervision and reflective practice sessions to other organisations.

The right candidate will have been educated to degree level, with well-developed planning and organisational skills, and experience in developing new partnerships and delivering projects on time and within budget.
