Support & Information (Helpline) Team Member
Terms: Part-time, 18.75 hours per week
Based: Head office, Saunderton/High Wycombe area
Salary: £21,000 per annum (pro rata)

Child Bereavement UK aims to provide access to good quality child bereavement support for families and the professionals who support them, where a child of any age has died or a child is facing bereavement.

We are seeking to appoint a Support & Information Team Member to provide support and information to both families and professionals contacting Child Bereavement UK by telephone or email.

Applicants should have training in listening, information giving and guidance, experience in working with children and families, excellent communication skills and be passionate about supporting bereaved families.
