Bereavement Services Team Lead
Terms: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Based: Queen’s Park, West London
Salary: £28,500 per annum

We are delighted to be setting up a new service in West London, to support parents bereaved of a child and bereaved children, young people and their families.  We are seeking to appoint a passionate, skilled and experienced Team Lead to establish and develop this service.


Applicants should have a recognised health, educational, social care, or counselling qualification, experience in working with bereaved parents, children and families, and excellent communication skills.

High Value Fundraiser
Terms: Part time, 30 hours per week (flexible working hours to be agreed)
Based: Head Office, Saunderton (flexible location considered)
Salary: £18,000 per annum (pro rata)

The High Value Fundraiser will support the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Major Gifts Manager in developing a robust pipeline of research and approaches to secure support from new and existing corporate and individual major donors. The post holder will be both creative and analytical and be able to provide first class administration, research and database maintenance to help maximise support and retention of a portfolio of existing, prospective and future donors. The post holder will also coordinate smaller corporate and major donor relationships, with the support of the High Value Giving team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable and self-motivated individual with strong administrative skills and attention to detail, who is confident in working with diverse information, including numerical information; extremely well organised and able to manage a diverse workload to meet deadlines. You will enjoy working in a busy environment as part of a friendly, professional team in a growing organisation. A flexible and team-oriented approach is essential and previous experience in research, administration and using a fundraising/CRM database are an advantage.

Our Head Office and Fundraising department are based in Saunderton, but the High Value Giving team frequently travel throughout the South East and so this post can also be based at our Milton Keynes or London centres with the possibility of travel across the centres.
