*Bereavement Support Team Volunteers*
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support the work of the newly established Bereavement Support Team in Maryhill, Glasgow.
We offer free support and information to bereaved children and young people, as well as those facing bereavement, up to the age of 25 and their families.
Volunteers will be part of our Bereavement Support Team, which offers both group and one to one bereavement support to children, young people and their families.
We are looking for volunteers with a range of skills including: listening, group work, fundraising and administration.
Specialist training will be offered in Maryhill to enable you to undertake these roles.

Our telephone support and information service is reinforced by a team of regular volunteers who answer calls from families and professionals. We also have a team of volunteers working in our family support programme. As you will understand all staff amd volunteers working with children requires significant training and CRB checks for which we will provide for free.
If you are a senior manager or have relevant expertise that might help us, and you think you might be able to give regular time as a mentor or adviser to our management team, please let us know.
